UK Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch has announced a sweeping immigration proposal, vowing to deport 150,000 illegal immigrants every year if elected Prime Minister. The plan includes the creation of a new “Removals Force,” expanded deportation powers, and potential withdrawal from international treaties that hinder mass removals.

Badenoch argues that Britain must “take back control” of its borders, describing the proposal as essential to restoring public confidence in immigration. However, human rights advocates and opposition parties have condemned the plan as extreme, warning it could violate international law and lead to wrongful deportations.

The proposal, unveiled at the Conservative Party Conference, marks one of the toughest immigration stances in modern UK politics—aimed at reclaiming right-wing voters drifting to Reform UK. But with questions about legality, logistics, and ethics, Badenoch’s promise faces significant scrutiny at home and abroad.
